A: The costs of all Business Services are supported by BERC. There is no charge to your business.
Q: What recruitment services do you offer?
A: We offer:
- Job listings in front of potential employees
- Job applicants referred to your vacant positions
- Applicant screening services
- Specialized on-site recruitments
- Job Fairs
- Other as needed
Q: Where are job postings listed?
A: Job postings are:
- Listed on BERC Job Boards where they are viewed by active job seekers daily.
- Entered into the Maryland Workforce Exchange where they can be accessed by any job seekers with Internet access.
- Emailed to customers on a weekly basis.
Q: Are training grants available to upgrade the skills of current employees?
A: Yes. We will assist you with identifying appropriate training grants and we will provide assistance with the application process.
Q: How can I be sure that our company is offering a competitive wage?
A: We can provide you with labor market information, trends and demographic statistics.
